11 questionsVibecode is the easiest way to build apps using natural language. Available on iOS, Android, and the web at vibecodeapp.com, you can generate fully functional apps with prompting, test them in real-time, and share with anyone instantly.
Vibecode is unique because it:

- Supports one-click sharing via App Clips without requiring App Store submission
- Builds native Swift iOS apps, cross-platform React Native apps, and web apps
- Provides real-time preview and iteration capabilities
- Offers extensive integrations with popular APIs and services
- Gives you full access to export your source code
Native Swift apps for iPhone and iPad, cross-platform React Native apps for iOS and Android, and web apps. The world is your oyster — you can build whatever comes to your mind. Check out the Example Projects for inspiration.
No coding experience is required! Vibecode is designed for everyone, from complete beginners to experienced developers. You simply describe what you want in natural language, and the AI handles the technical implementation. If you do have coding experience, you can download your code or connect via SSH for deeper customization.
Yes. The Vibecode Android app is available on Google Play. Android runs Mobile app (React Native) projects; native iOS projects are Swift apps and run on iPhone.
Yes! Vibecode generates production-quality code that you can use for real applications. Many users have successfully built and deployed production apps using Vibecode. You have full control over the generated code and can export it for further customization or deployment.
Absolutely! Vibecode is suitable for both personal and professional use. Many businesses and professionals use Vibecode to prototype ideas quickly, build internal tools and apps, create client projects, and develop commercial applications. You own the code you generate and can use it however you like.
It depends on the platform you pick when you create a project:
- iOS app: a native Swift and SwiftUI app for iPhone and iPad. No React Native. It runs on Apple devices only.
- Mobile app: a React Native and Expo app. One codebase runs on both iOS and Android.
- Web app: runs in any browser.
It depends on the complexity of your app. Simple apps can be built in minutes, while more complex apps with multiple features might take longer. The beauty of Vibecode is that you can iterate and refine quickly using natural language.
We collect real user reviews at Vibecode Reviews. Every review there is quoted from a public source — the App Store, Google Play, or Product Hunt — and linked back to the original, so you can read unfiltered feedback from people who actually shipped an app before you start building your own.
Building Tips & Best Practices
3 questionsStart by simplifying your idea into the essential features, then build from there. It also helps to have an initial prompt that details the expected outcome in terms of the look, feel, and functionality. See our Prompt Templates for examples.
Our AI Agent is pretty good at coming up with what is needed for building your app regardless of the prompt, but for specific features it is best to be as specific as possible. You can even suggest examples (e.g., "An app that is designed like Duolingo" or "make the app have the Google color scheme"). Check out our Native UI Components page for copy-paste prompts.
Either copy and paste the error back into the chat, or tell the AI agent that you got an error and it should try to resolve it. See our Troubleshooting guide for common issues.
Features
6 questionsYou can integrate payment systems into your Vibecode app. Popular options include:
- RevenueCat: For in-app purchases and subscriptions — ask the AI to "integrate RevenueCat for subscriptions" and add your API keys via the ENV tab.
- Stripe: For one-time payments and custom payment flows — prompt the AI to "add Stripe payment integration" and configure via the ENV tab.
Important: Never hardcode API keys in your app. Always use environment variables via the Vibecode ENV tab.
Vibecode has a built-in App Store submission flow — no need to use Xcode manually.
- Open your project and tap the app name (mobile) or click Share (web)
- Select Publish on App Store / Deploy to App Store
- Follow the step-by-step wizard to sign in with your Apple Developer credentials, configure your app, and submit
You'll need an Apple Developer Program membership ($99/year) and an Expo account (free) for Mobile app projects. Native iOS app projects skip Expo: click Publish, choose Publish to App Store, and connect an App Store Connect API key. Vibecode builds, signs, and uploads your Swift app to Apple for you.
No. The Vibecode app has been on the App Store since June 2025 and is available today. In early 2026 Apple held updates to several vibe coding apps while it reviewed them under App Review Guideline 2.5.2. Apple approved Vibecode's next update on March 18, 2026, and it has shipped regular updates since.
Building and publishing your own native iPhone apps to the App Store works today. See the dated record on our App Store status page.
Vibecode Cloud is the easiest way — it gives you a database, authentication, and file storage with a single prompt. Just tell the AI "add a database and authentication to my app" and it sets everything up automatically.
Vibecode Cloud is available on Plus plans and above. See the Backend & Auth guide for details on how it works under the hood.
Look for the "New Chat" or "+" button in the Vibecode workspace. This creates a fresh conversation while preserving your existing chats. You can always return to previous chats by selecting them from your chat history.
Open your project in the web app, click the <> button, and select "Download Code." Check your email for the download link. You get the complete project: an Xcode project for iOS apps, a React Native/Expo project for mobile apps, or a web project. Run it locally, modify it, and deploy it. See Download Code for more details.
Data & Integrations
2 questionsYes! Vibecode supports integrating with third-party services like Supabase, Firebase, and other external APIs. Just prompt the AI to add the integration you need and configure API keys via the ENV tab.
For a built-in solution, Vibecode Cloud (available on Plus plans and above) provides database, authentication, and file storage out of the box — no external service required.
Yes! With Vibecode Cloud (available on Plus plans and above), you can add user authentication to your app. Tell the AI "add login to my app" and it will set up secure email/password authentication. For Google Sign-In, see the Google Sign-In setup guide.
Technical
5 questionsNavigate to the Export/SSH section in the Pinch to Build menu, or use the project dropdown. Click "Connect via SSH" and follow the instructions sent to your email.
They are real apps, not web apps. Choose iOS app and Vibecode writes a native Swift and SwiftUI app, compiled with Xcode, with no React Native or web view in between. Choose Mobile app for a React Native and Expo app that runs on both iOS and Android.
Both have full access to native device features (camera, sensors, notifications) and can be published to the App Store.
Both, and you choose per project. iOS app projects are native Swift and SwiftUI for iPhone and iPad. Mobile app projects are React Native and Expo, for when you need one codebase on iOS and Android. You pick the platform when you create the project.
While you build, your Swift app is compiled and runs in an iOS Simulator in the cloud. What you see in the browser or the Vibecode app is a live video stream of that simulator, and your taps are sent back to it. No app code runs on your phone.
To put the app on your own iPhone, you need a paid Apple Developer Program membership. Click Publish, choose Install, and follow the steps:
- Connect an App Store Connect API key so Vibecode can sign with your Apple Developer account.
- Register your iPhone: scan the QR code with it, or tap Register this iPhone if you're already on it. The build can't start until a device is registered.
- Click Build and install, then open the install link on your iPhone.
- If iOS says the app needs Developer Mode, turn it on in Settings → Privacy & Security → Developer Mode and restart your iPhone.
Yes! Vibecode now includes a website and web app builder. Simply prompt the AI to "create a website" or "create a web app" and it will generate the appropriate code.
